Indian Culture

Om
Om include three Lords of Hinduism one is God Shiva second is God Brmha and third is God Vishnu. By repeating this holy word man not only concentrate mind but also get peace of mind. Om is the fundamental sound of the universe. It is the sound of meditation. Om is good for your health and it helps to improve the ability and knowledge of your mind.

Wheel
Wheel is the symbol of strong ability. There are so many circles around the center point of one wheel such as like that there are many follower kings around one main King and that one King known as the "Chkravarti" In past people believe that when one Chkravarti King become a King at that time a golden wheel comes from the sky and stand near the door of the palace, and when that wheel will get down the King will also die. Wheel is a powerful symbol for the cycle of our life. Wheel with twelve segments symbolize the months of the year. It is also symbol of protection. People wear ring, bangles, and other ornaments to protect their self. Wheel is the spiritual and psychic centers of energy.

Swastika
Swastika shows welfare. The four parts of the swastika describe hard work and success. Swastika is the symbol of fire and Lord Ganesha. Its four lines are collection of Lord Bramha, Indra, Vishnu and Surya.it is sign of good luck. It is the union of opposites such as dynamic and static, beginning and end, male and female. It is the four part of the world.

Bow and Arrow
Bow and Arrow is the symbol of supremacy, Great-ness and wealth. Indian culture defines it as aim and success. It advises for high vision and high aim for life. If you want success in your life you need energy, ability and means. Bow and arrow generally signify war, power and ability.

Snake
Snake is the symbol of time. Worship of snake means worship of time, and shows regularity of life. Sign of snake says to forget and abandon the past and accept the present and new things. It shows the attractive personality and develops virtue. Snake is the energy of life. Snake indicate watchfulness and wisdom. It has great significance as such in dreams.

Turtle
Turtle is calm animal. It has calm intellect. Turtle work very slow but it get success in work. So that it inspires to be succeed. Whenever it fees any problem it hides its self in its body shell and protect self. So it says to how to fight and handle the situation in any problem. Turtle is the symbol of optimism. Turtle is the avatar of Lord Vishnu and Kashyapa. It is the symbol of water. Sometimes is representing the darkness and domesticity.

Sun
Sun is the symbol of light. Lord Surya is the sign of an artist. When sun goes down it take black color from the night and get yellow color from moon, skyblue from the sky and orange from twilight, green from greenery and than it creates the nice painting of this world. It is the most powerful and bright star. It is the symbol of both birth and death. Rising sun is the symbol of hope and beginning.

Cow
Cow is the symbol of Indian culture. It is the symbol of motherhood, and fertility. Cow is known as melodious cow. Nandini is the wish-fulfilling cow and the mother of earth. Cow is Lord of Hinduism.

Well this is all about Indian symbols that are weave in Indian culture and traditions. However there are different types of associations of such symbols in our different cultures.
